It all started as a research of shape memory in

non-woven fabrics.
Our desire to design a fabric that it's pleats give it elastic and motile, led us to the traditional dying technique, Arashi-Shibori. By altering the technique just a little bit, we managed to achieve two effects - pleats and dying, The outcome of this project was surprising due to the biomorphic shape and the colorfulness that pop up through the pleats.
